Blaine McKenna
Blaine is a UEFA A Coach with 13-years experience coaching and educating coaches. He has managed youth programmes in professional and grassroots clubs in 11 countries across 5 continents.
Blaine combines his soccer knowledge with a Master's degree in Sport Psychology and has worked with senior international soccer players from around the world. His global network has facilitated the recruitment of staff and players to create opportunities worldwide, which he now brings to Kairos Academy. Here's why Blaine believes in the fundamentals:

Doron Pozniak
Doron's love and passion for soccer has stemmed since he was 5 years old growing up in Sydney, Australia. He trained hard, developed as a player and was able to have opportunities to play overseas in various tournaments.
He now brings a wealth of experience both on and off the field and there’s no one who loves the game more. He is determined to help future generations of players achieve their soccer goals.
Professionally, Doron has a 15-year proven track record of forging strategic alliances with key sporting federations. He enjoyed considerable success as sales manager with IMG Media where he was responsible for managing sales of IMG Media live broadcasts and their programming catalogue for events and organisations including Wimbledon, The English Premier League, English FA Cup, Italian Serie A Soccer, The Open Championship, Rugby World Cup and the Olympic Archive. His passion for soccer and the Kairos Fundamentals are clear to see:

Jude’s life has always been focused on learning and development of sporting and athletic performance. His passion for soccer runs through his entire family, and he has played from a young age to reach a semi-professional level.
He was coached by many UEFA Pro and UEFA A coaches, which gives him a strong foundational knowledge in the world of soccer.
His own journey into coaching began through national and international coaching courses. He then graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Secondary School (High School) Teaching.
